IN GAME RULES





1.) NO HACKING
*Hacking involves using a 3rd Party program, such as Cheat Engine or an Injector, to manipulate memory addresses in order to glitch the game



and/or rapidly earn EXP and Level Up.*
First Offense - 2 Week Ban.
Second Offense - Permanent Ban.





2.) NO SWAPPING
*Swapping is when 2 or more players agree to swap kills in order to rapidly earn EXP and Level Up.*
First Offense - 3 Day Ban.
Second Offense - 1 Week Ban + Delevel to 1.
Third Offense - 2 Week Ban.




3.) NO SPAMMING THE LOBBY CHAT.
*Spamming our lobby chat can not only lag the server, but also creates confusion while GMs and other staff members are helping those in game.



Repeating anything more than twice is considered spam and will be dealt with accordingly. Also, posting nonsense strings such as "asdfasdfasdf" is also considered to be spam.*
First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - 3 Day Ban.
Third Offense - 2 Week Ban.
Fourth Offense - Permanent Ban.




4.) NO ILLEGAL GLITCHING.
*Hi this doesn't apply to K-Style or type of gameplay, it only applies to glitches that exist and are abused to cause an unfair advantage of
achieving EXP.


Glitches like using F12 to avoid things, kick evading (leaving room and rejoining to prevent being kicked, quest suiciding and other things.)
Use of the corrupt item, "Breaker 5", to lower the delay of another weapon is now prohibited.
First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - 3 Day Ban.
Third Offense - 1 Week Ban.
Fourth Offense - 2 Week Ban.




5.) NO QUEST GLITCHING.



Lets Review this:



players to easily kill him and earn undeserved EXP.
1.) Quest Suiciding is when you do a multi-round Boss Quest, but suicide after completing the normal NPC rounds or getting urself get killed on purpose. This is just being lazy and exploiting the quest to get faster EXP instead of actually putting up the boss to earn more exp but in more time.

First Offense - 3 Day Ban.
Second Offense - 1 Week Ban.
Third Offense - 2 Week Ban.
Fourth Offense - 4 Week Ban.




6.) NO HARASSING PLAYERS OR STAFF.
*Hi this doesn't apply to normal in game egoing, however the line is very thin between being a self-absorbed asshat and being a jerkass



harasser. Harassment will not be tolerated - If you're following someone from game to game, saying malicious things, being racist, or spamming their chat with whispers or chatroom invitations - you're harassing them.*
First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - 3 Day Ban.
Third Offense - 1 Week Ban.
Fourth Offense -2 Week Ban.




7.) NO DISCRIMINATION.
*Hi not everyone is from Mexico, nor is everyone black, gay, or jewish. Calling someone a 'n.i♥♥♥♥', 'c.hink', 'b.eaner', or 'jew' won't be tolerated. Just because you are part of a race, does not give you permission to say some things. Such as being asian, does not give you permission to say c.hink. If rules are going to be enforced, they will be enforced to everyone.**
First Offense - 3 Day Ban.
Second Offense - 1 Week Ban.
Third Offense - Permanent Ban.



8.) NO SEXUAL HARASSMENT.
*Unwanted sexual comments towards other players. Ex: "suck my d**k hard!" or "I'm going to ravage your a** so hard..." *
First Offense - 3 Day Ban
Second Offense - 1 Week Ban
Third Offense - 2 Week Ban
Fourth Offense - 1 Month Ban.



9.) NO SUICIDE ABUSE
*Suiciding in EXP rooms, (training rooms do not matter) prevents people from getting EXP. It's not fair for other users in the room.



First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - 3 Day ban.
Third Offense - 1 Week ban.
Fourth Offense - 2 Week ban.



10.) NO DISOBEYING OR DISRESPECTING STAFF
*Daemons Ring staff are in charge of the server and should be obeyed and respected. If they say to do something, do it. And if you're staff yourself, no disobeying higher level staff.



First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - 3 Day ban.
Third Offense - 1 Week ban.
Fourth Offense - 2 Week ban.



11.) NO IMPERSONATING STAFF
*Don't do anything that would cause someone to believe you are a staff member if you are not one.*



First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - 2 Week ban.
Third Offense - Permanent ban.



12.) Event Disruption and Trolling
*Players who try to ruin our staff held events will now be punished for their acts, staff make events out of generosity towards the community, whoever tries to disrupt, troll or destroy events will be banned.*
First Offense - Ban during the Event or 1 day ban.
Second Offense - 3 Day ban.
Third Offense - 2 Week ban.
Fourth Offense - Permanent ban

13.) NO ACCUSING STAFF MEMBERS WITHOUT PROPER EVIDENCE
*If you want to make a complaint about a staff member, make sure you have solid evidence*
First Offense - Warning.
Second Offense - 3 Day Ban.



"Usually", everyone gets a warning first for almost anything except Hacking. We try to keep this game clean of racist assholes, hackers, abusers, and



spammers. Our GM Team isn't here to ban you, don't be afraid to ask a question if you're confused or if you need help. We're here to help... and if you



find a staff member abusing their position, being racist, harassing you, or whatever - please take screenshots (press F12) or take a recording (press F11 to



start and then F11 again to stop). We don't tolerate power abusing.

*We don't tolerate excessive flaming, harassment, or spamming other members.*
First Offense - Infraction.
Second Offense - 1 Week Ban.
Third Offense - 1 Month Ban.
Subsequent Offense - Permanent Ban.




3.) NO SPAMMING.
*We don't tolerate spamming. This isn't meant to discourage off-topic discussion - merely those who want to post the same thing 15 times. This includes saying 'first', 'second', etc. in the chatbox, stacking of multiple Unicode combining characters, posting YouTube videos that start automatically, and posting only 'inb4'anything, '.', or '10char'.*
First Offense - Infraction.
Second Offense - 3 Day Ban.
Third Offense - 2 Week Ban.
Fourth Offense - Permanent Ban.

Fourth Offense - Permanent Ban.




6.) NO POSTING ON UNBAN/ABUSE SECTION THREADS.
*Unless you are either directly involved in an unban request or abuse report, or you have something indisputably useful to add, don't post in it. *
First Offense - Infraction.
Second Offense - 3 Day Ban.
Third Offense - 2 Week Ban.
Fourth Offense - Permanent Ban.




7.) NO POSTING P.ORNOGRAPHY OR LINKS TO P.ORNOOGRAPHY.
*There are children who play this game, p.ornoography is for adult viewing, children in NO way, shape, or form will be exposed to it on our



forums.*
First Offense - 1 Week Ban.
Second Offense - 3 Month Ban.
Third Offense - Permanent Ban.




8.) NO POSTING IN THE WRONG SECTION.
*Our forums are setup with varying sections, please try to post in the correct section.
If you're unsure about it, leave something in the thread or post asking a Mod to delete or move to the correct section.*
First Offense - Infraction.
Second Offense - 3 Day Ban.
Third Offense - 1 Week Ban.
Fourth Offense - 3 Month Ban.
Fifth Offense - Permanent Ban.

*We do not want any of our regular players to post in these sections, in doing so will lead to a forum ban, no warnings. These section are for staff members



to make important announcements and release customized bgm, or a new patch.*
First Offense - 1 Week Ban
Second Offense - Permanent Ban.



11.) NO POSTING REFERRAL LINKS
*Referral links are links that direct to sites where as you fill out a survey, refer someone or do something other of the sort in order to earn money. We discourage people advertising here to make their own money.*
First Offense - Infraction
Second Offense - 3 Day Ban




12.) Do NOT advertise other GunZ private servers
*We are SWGunZ. No advertising any other GunZ private server is allowed.*
First Offense - Infraction
Second Offense - 3 Day Ban




13.) NO DISOBEYING OR DISRESPECTING STAFF.
*SkyWard staff are in charge of the server and should be obeyed and respected. If they say to do something, do it. And if you're staff yourself, no disobeying higher level staff.*
First Offense - Infraction
Second Offense - 3 Day Ban.
Third Offense - 1 Week Ban.
Fourth Offense - Permanent Ban.

First Offense - Infraction.
Second Offense - 2 Week Ban.
Third Offense - Permanent Ban.



15.) NO BAN EVADING/MULTIPLE FORUM ACCOUNTS.
*If you're banned, you're not allowed back until your ban expires, even under a different account.*
First Offense - IP ban + Original ban extended by 3 weeks
Second Offense - IP ban + Permanent ban



16.) NO ACCUSING STAFF MEMBERS WITHOUT PROPER EVIDENCE
*If you want to make a complaint about a staff member, make sure you have solid evidence*
First Offense - Infraction.
Second Offense - 3 Day Ban.






NOTE: Global Forum rules apply to all boards unless otherwise noted. All of the above rules which are appropriate also applies to the chat box. It is a luxury for the community. Don't abuse it.


Also note that subsequent offenses that don't have listed penalties may result in a permanent ban.




If you share accounts, you share bans as well.



If you have been warned multiple times in the past for breaking any of the rules, we will not keep warning you and giving you slaps on the wrist. Most if not all of you have been here long enough to know and memorize these rules, so continuous offense to breaking these rules will result in much swifter punishments.




Also note that these rules are subject to change at any time, and it is each individual's responsibility for knowing and following the current rules.
